1. Zero-Upload Architecture

PDFSense operates under a strictly client-side architecture. When you select a file, it is processed entirely within your browser's memory (RAM) using WebAssembly and JavaScript.

• We do not upload your files to any server.
• We do not see, read, or analyze the content of your PDFs.
• We do not store copies of your files.

2. Data Retention

Since no data is transmitted, there is no server-side retention policy. Your files exist in your browser's memory only for the duration of your session. Once you close the tab or refresh the page, all data is instantly and permanently wiped from memory.

3. Tracking, Cookies & Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic patterns (pages visited, session duration, referral source). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data anonymously.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.

We do not use additional tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or analytics services beyond Google Analytics and AdSense.

By using PDFSense, you agree to the following terms:

1. "As Is" Warranty: The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages or data loss arising from the use of this tool.
2. User Responsibility: Since we cannot view your files, you are solely responsible for the content you process. You agree not to use this tool for illegal purposes or to manipulate documents you do not have the right to edit.
3. Fair Use: While the tool is free, we reserve the right to implement client-side rate limiting to prevent abusive scripts from degrading browser performance.
